Movement through dance is my essence of living. As the natural circle of life is in a constant flux, my interest in different dance styles and movement disciplines also develops and evolves. Performance art and dance fitness are as much a part of me as social dance, where each discipline compliments the other and brings a greater understanding of body awareness.
As my curiosity led me towards somatic practices, acro-yoga and martial arts, I was naturally drawn to Thai Yoga Massage. I had a chance to study and gain an authentic experience in Thailand and on my return I implemented Thai Yoga Massage into my practice. By working more closely with body touch I have developed better energy awareness in both myself and my clients. This has naturally moved me towards Reiki. I love combining all of these disciplines and sharing their benefits with my clients and friends and I genuinely believe they all support our mental, emotional and physical health.
